I found this gem at Applebee’s and had to take a picture.
It doesn’t seem like anything out of the ordinary until you look closer and see that “Divorces” is listed under the different occasions on which one might want some hassle free fireworks. And then I thought: who would have a firework show for a divorce? Who has a gathering of any sort for divorces? And then I wondered if they stuck that in there just to see if anyone actually reads their posters. It’s a mystery, but a funny one.
Was pretty good. It doesn’t explain much until the very end of the movie, so a lot of it was spent being confused and wondering if it was actually going anywhere. But, once the curtain was lifted and I knew what was going on, it all made perfect sense. I’d say a second watch would clear up even more. If you like trying to figure movies out or being tricked as the story progresses then this is your film! Otherwise, I can only recommend this as a “if you have it, go ahead.” Not a Must-See, but interesting if you can get your hands on it.
