This weekend Bryan was house sitting for his boss. Basically all he had to do was tend to their animals. Mike and I went over there for Gandhi fest on Friday. The house is really nice with dual HD televisions and a huge work station with 6 shuttle computers and another office with more computers and monitors. Both Mike and Bryan had seen Gandhi before, but I hadn’t. Gandhi fest is where you watch Gandhi and whenever he fasts you eat as much as you can – for moral support. We went out and got a bunch of food to eat after going to Racy’s and then came back for Gandhi fest. It is a really long movie. 3 hours and 11 minutes long. It was a very good movie, despite the excruciating length. So, my first ever Gandhi fest was a success.
Saturday Bryan was having a Guitar Hero party with a bunch of his coworkers and coworkers’ friends. We relocated to someone else’s house rather than having it at Bryan’s boss’s house as planned. Instead, we were at Beth’s house. It turned into a Rock Band party and was a lot of fun. We were all pretty tired at the end of the night.
Today we watched Blazing Saddles by Mel Brooks which was pretty good. We also played some video games and took the dogs out for a stroll. It was a pretty exciting weekend.
