Little Miss Sunshine, A Scanner Darkly

Posted on Wednesday July 18, 2007 at 1:00am in

Yesterday I watched Little Miss Sunshine. Bryan has been asking me to see this for a while now. I haven’t heard of it anywhere from him, but it has a few big name actors in it. Now, I am sorry I didn’t see it sooner. It was one of the best movies I’ve ever seen. Funny, touching, unique (very), special. It was a once in a life-time cinematic adventure! I recommend it. I also saw A Scanner Darkly. It was pretty good, but I didn’t know the story was about drugs. I thought it was about technology, unfortunately I was wrong. It was still pretty good, although trippy and confusing. It’s interesting, I guess. If you just want something cool to look at, it’s not very long and the visuals are very nice. Although, you probably won’t understand a whole lot of it the first time around. Unless you’re Bryan. He explained all of what I didn’t understand.

Veronica is in Hong Kong now. You can follow her exploits at her blog, here. Her flight was 7 hours late getting to China… because of storms. That’s a long time on a plane. Today, Bryan and me got together to work on the Japan Trip DVD. We got to the second to last tape, and we’re already way over the time limit for it. I don’t know how we’re gonna decide what to cut – we have so much footage…
