I realize that the last couple of posts I’ve made here have been all about my new software company, Spel Software. That will change soon, but this is a pretty big one. We put the final touches on version 1.0 of our website and it’s now online. I’m pretty proud of this one because I did all the design work for it. Here are my original drafts:
The about page.
If you take a look at the actual website here: spelmobilesoftware.com you’ll see that the site turned out very similar to my original design. I’m pretty happy with how it turned out! Feel free to check out the information we have posted so far. We have also began working on our next project – a completely original game! I’ll post more info about that as it comes along. For now, I’m going to try and put the Spel updates to a rest.
In school news, I will be graduating in December. My department messed up big time with three different faculty members telling me I was good to graduate over the summer. Unfortunately (for me) all three of them overlooked an additional requirement I needed to graduate that the dean refused to waive. After the head of the CS department emailed him, he did actually reduce the credits I needed by one so that I was able to sneak into an additional class this semester at no extra cost to me (other than the time needed to take the class). With this last class, I’ll be able to graduate in December. Exciting!
